❓What documents do I need for self-drive?
You must carry your original Driving License and a valid ID proof such as Aadhaar Card or Passport. These will be verified at the time of vehicle handover.
❓Is there a security deposit? When do I get it back?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected based on the car category. After you return the car and it is inspected (fuel, damages, fines, etc.), the deposit is refunded.
❓How does fuel work for self-drive bookings?
The car is given to you with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level. If fuel is less at return, the difference is charged according to local fuel prices.
❓Is there any km limit? What if I drive extra?
Each package comes with a fixed km limit per day. Driving beyond this limit will attract additional per-km charges as per the selected car. Exact details are shared at the time of booking.
❓Can I take the car outside the city/state?
Yes, outstation and interstate self-drive trips are allowed with prior intimation. Any state permits, tolls or additional charges will have to be borne by you as per actuals.
❓What about damage, fines or traffic challans?
Any traffic challans, speeding fines or damages to the vehicle during the booking period will be chargeable to the customer. Please drive responsibly and follow traffic rules.
❓What if I return the car late?
Late return will attract extra charges based on the extra hours or an additional day charge, depending on the delay. Inform us in advance if your plan changes.
